Going to bed problems

Postby oggiss on Tue Feb 19, 2008 5:24 pm

I have come to the point where I don't wanna get into the bed and sleep, I think it's because I am to addicted to my computer. Although I have nothing to do when I am about to go to bed I always wind up finding something else to do or play one "last" game here on CC. Anyone of you got any tips for me? Not a hard problem, but I reckon it's quite common, eh?

Well, if you have xp, there's an option to have it go on standby at a certain time.

Turn off the computer.
The big trouble with dumb bastards is that they are too dumb to believe there is such a thing as being smart.

get yourself a 4 month old baby. continuous broken sleep means that you will take any opportunity to get some shut-eye.

Do i detect a hint of sarcasm in that lass?

I think Mandy was being sarcasm. She and i have had little interation on these boards.

In real life? You have presented me with an impossible question. If i answer that i do well, i sound arrogant, if i say i get none i would not be telling the entire truth.

Edit: Why do you think that anyway? I get on with Apey and Snowpepsi well. I think Clapper just puts up with me. Wicked, Tripitaka and Mandyb i think have said less than 3 words to me each.

do you do anything active throughout the day? I find days that I don't get out at all, I'm too antsy or have to much energy to get to bed at a reasonable time. If you have a highly physical job or do a lot of physical activities throughout the day you're body will make you go to sleep haha. I know after busy days at work(i'm a cook, so I'm on my feet all day and my minds going a mile a minute so its physical and mental stress) I'll be on here looking at posts and nodding off to the point where I can't read more than a sentence, so then I know its time for bed!

Oh, right. Listen to music reallly loud, then when your parents (that's if you live with your parents) come into the room, they'll tell you to get to sleep/

That also helps me
