How about stopping high ranking players being partners in more than one game. Its funny that players who do this the most also have the highest negative feedback.
I will not name names but I play for the fun and try not to join trebles, quads of overscored under skilled packs.

That's a big "if" when you're talking about joining an open game. I'm all for mixing it up, and I have no qualms to take any rank in singles, but when I see a major and a captain paired up as team one, there's no way I'm going to sign up third and have some dim witted cook show up on my team - not cause I care about points, but uncompetitive games like that are just no fun.
Clearly the hunting in packs thing is going on big time, and also I've seen a few cadets, etc. who clearly play even the FIRST TIME on a map that you know they've been there before. On the other hand, that means your more likely to get a legitimate challenge in a pick-up game.
