there is still quite a disconnect between a notion of people using their wealth to purchase very expensive luxury goods or invest their money and it improving the livelyhoods of "the masses" so to speak.

I just posted you the evidence to show that it does help the masses though.

yes but you and i both know that given the way that number is calculated it really doesnt have to do anything at all with the masses in order for that number to climb like it does.

Its the beauty and the curse of the stats your using there.
