I'm posting this in GD because i'm not actually thoroughly upset with the player mentioned above.
however, something needs to be clarified.
he was mistaken in his initial assessment about me. this is really insignificant, but didn't want to post this in Flame Wars.
his intentions, i'm sure, weren't to do me any harm or inconvenience. and i actually want to publicly thank him for his vigilance and diligence in attempts to keep this site running smoothly, legally, and fairly to all.

but in this case, you were mistaken. no hard feelings, you did what you thought was right. furthermore, thank you for abstaining from slandering me too much. perhaps take to heart that one should be sure to hold one's tongue when NOT ALL THE FACTS ARE IN on a particular case.
furthermore, i think it'd be a good idea for the mods, in the Cheating and Abuse forum, to consider NOT marking something as BUSTED until the case has been completely considered....
