Has Twill Conquered CC?!?

I noticed awhile ago Twill became an administrator, now if you go on the moderators group; lack is no longer group moderator, Twill is, lack is not even a member anymore :shock:

Also Twill seems to be posting a lot more announcements.

Now as an added bonus lack has been spotted in Thailand, away from the world of CC.

Has Twill driven lack out and is ruling CC himself now?!?
