AoR: Magic question

It says that docks can only attack docks connected by open seas.

So my question is? Can Aosa attack Duht??

No. There is ice blocking the passage. The sea is not "open". I'm glad to help! :)

That is what thought, just wanted to make sure before I do a move where I could open myself to attack.
