Missing two turns

If you miss two turns and are eliminated and all your territories turn to neutral , do you lose points?

First of all u dont get kicked out of the game for missing 2 turns. It applies to missing 3 turns.
Second of all ur territories get converted to neutral only if u get kicked out after 3 turns.
Third of all u lose points to the eventual winner of the game.

if you miss two turns and are eliminated, well, you're armies don't turn to neutral because you've been eliminated.
