Sergeant stripes

Is the Sergeant symbol not being slightly chopped off at the bottom new? Or is it because I'm using a different computer?

I bet you it has to do with monitor size and/or resolution. Maybe even the browser you're using.

I used Firefox on both comps, so it's probably not the browser. But my regular computer is a laptop, and the one I was using was one of those desktops with a huge screen. I guess that's what it is.
