I invite you over for dinner where I poison you, however your dinner plate gets mixed up with another guest's (militant) and you poisoned during the dessert corse. I promptly have you placed in coffins and buried twice the normal 6 feet under so that you can not be resurrected. I then forge your will giving me the hill (I'm getting pretty good at this forgery stuff by now) and hire security to patrol the premises, to ensure nobody can try to retake the hill. I now live somewhere unknown to you all, far away from the hill, so you can't just bomb it, and kill me.

I'm inside the space station, which is protected by alloys strong enough to deflect small meteors, I'm sure a piece of metal that must have been propelled by REVIRBIRATIONS, is no threat.

Edit: due to radiation on earth I move to another solar system and find a nice planet to which I send many plant seeds. I then go into relativistic speeds (read the Ender's war series to find this term) and return in 3000 years, only have been a few hundred hours for me. I then go to work developing an ecosystem using genes from Earthside animal genes. I have now located the largest mountain on my new planet, and claimed it as my own.
