Well he knows what he's doing. He's a pastor, he is what people want to see leading them on the journey of life. Dawkins, on the other hand, is a scientist, not a speaker.

Dawkins basically got really angry and starting shouting and said he was a nazi, whilst Haggard just told him in the calmest of tones to not be arrogant. Not that I like Haggard, but it's always nice to see Dawkins destroyed by even ridiculous people.

I'm pretty sure he ended up looking like an ass; what with trying to throw them off church property and all. The only valid point he made was "don't be arrogant," which is not only ironic, but something that need not even be taken into account. I am arrogant because I know I'm right. Quite a few Christians, including Haggard, are exactly the same.

Yeah, but he didn't own him. Haggard would probably get on anyone's nerves, as he himself is very arrogant. Combine that with his shit-eating-grin, I think the fact Dawkins didn't kick the shit out of him shows a great deal of self-control.

And to be fair, neither were necessarily calm, and I don't think either were yelling. At least until Haggard came out and tried to toss them off the property.

The saddest part about this movie i thought was the blonde kid who at the start admits that sometimes he doesn't believe god exists. The inner turmoil you can see on his face when he's told that he's a phoney and that he has to accept god for a righteous life.

Hopefully he manages to break out, but you can see for now he seems pretty fucked up.. poor kid
