Smh's Strategic Deployment (Abandoned)

Welcome to 'Smh's strategic deployment' tournament !
This tournament will require 16 players, plus reserves.
Freemiums are allowed, but must keep 1 game slot open.

This tournament will be 1vs1 knockout. Each round, you will face your opponent in 3 games, each on a random map. The winner (at least 2 victories), will move on to the next round.
In the finals, the two remaining players will play 5 games, the winner being he who wins at least 3 games.
(note: for round 1, players will be assigned an opponent randomly)
(note 2: in case a player has reached 2 victories in the first 2 games, the 3rd game will not be played, as it won't change the outcome for that round)

- manual deployment
- escalating
- chained
- foggy
Each player will be given 48 hours to join. In round 1, a player who hasn't joined after 48 hours, will be replaced by a reserve. In round 2 and beyond, that player loses by fofeit.
