Small pieces of advice:

Its worth advising players whether they can pick the teams they represent, or whether you pick them

You could name your tournament FA Cup 2010-11 or FA Cup 2010 (it would look like a more official title perhaps)?

It would actually be easier for you to run the tournament from round 3 onwards - you would have less players and games to set-up. As it is, 128-players means setting-up 64 games to start which is pretty ambitious if you are new to tournament organising.

'Reserve' a post or two where you can record results / player signed-up etc.

If I can select Liverpool as my team then I'm in ;)

another advice will be that every time reserve second post for score and results.
But these is definitly ambitious-if these a British issle map, then i will join , but england no mine map. Good luck in these hard task to collect 128 players.
