8 quad teams
WWII Eastern Front
foggy, esc cards, chained, auto, seq.
No rank restrictions
The draw
Highest ranked team will play lowest ranked team
2nd highest ranked plays 2lowest ranked etc.
Team Captains will be pm'ed game passwords and numbers, its up to them to get their team on board in time.
All players must join with 48hrs or their team forfeits (if there is a foe issue, a little more time can be arranged)
No substitutions or team changes once tournament starts

I'm not putting any rank or score requirements on this, or even specifying premium membership.

You might want to put (1/8 Quad) in the title. Most tournament teams look for that, instead of clicking on every tournament to see if it is team tournament or not.
