This tournament will consist of 8 divisons of four players each (32 players in total). Each player will play one 1v1 game against each player in there divison with the first place player in each divison advancing to the playoffs. In the case of a tie for first a game with the contestants who are tied will be played with the winner advancing to the playoffs. The remaining 8 players will play a 1v1 single elimination playoff with the winner of each round advancing to the next and the loser being eliminated.
The game settings will be as follows:
singles, manual initial troops, sequental gameplay, escalating spoils, chained reinforcements, no fog, and casual round length.
Some other details:
1. Players will be given 48 hours after being notified (i will PM you your game numbers and passwords) to join there games. If a player does not join there game during the round robin they will be replaced by a reserve. If a player does not join there game during the playoffs of a divison tie-breaker, it will count as a victory for the opponent.
2. If you win your game PM General Jubejube. Please be honest, if you tell me you won and I find out you didn't, I will report you to one of the moderators.
3. I will be looking for 5 reserves so if you are interested PM me.
4. Maps: The round robin games will all be played on AFRICA, the quarter-final games will be played on CANADA, the semi-final games will be played on NORTH AMERICA, and the final game will be played on the CLASSIC map.
5. Please note that you will need three game spots open at all times.
6. I will use random.org to create the divisons and the playoff seading so the divisons will only be shown once all the spots are filled
