I hoped you enjoyed the tournament and will be on the look out for other tournaments by Nucker.
Essentially Kings Court Championship was 2 tournaments.
First a group round Robin tournament all on the same settings in a Unique Individual Magic 25 format where all players play against each other once.
And a Finals (Cup and Plate) consisting of the top 5 players and a second tier/volenteer group played under variable settings.

This is a map I have come to love for its numerous strategies.
As such I have decided to set up a Kings Court Championship as it is also a popular map. Thus giving players who rate themselves on this map the chance to test their metal against the CC pack.
I feel that the 5 player format is the most challenging giving 3 open castles and more options to players.

Chained.
50 rounds (after which a draw will be declared for the remaining players)
Freemiums welcome.
These settings have been chosen due to the special nature of the units in play and for easy open play offering as little advantage as possible (fog for example hinders players on phones going through endless logs).
As a second Tournament with varied settings has already been suggested by several players this sunny tournament will lift player skills on this map as part time and new players get to understand the map more intricately.
This will also allow for a better reflection of the ranking of players on this map. We all know you get those map specialists lurking in the non commissioned ranks.
The Unique 25 player Grid
The 25 players will be ranked according to their Current CC ranking at the time of the start of the tournament. 1 - 25.
These are then set in ranking tiers of 5 with each player being in a group with unique players taken from each tier. Eg in the first round 1,6,11,16 and 21 will play next 1, 7,13,19 and 25 will play ect.
This will give 5 rounds of evenly distributed rank profiles creating more balanced games.
The last remaining game will be a strength plays strength type finals with 1,2,3,4 and 5 playing in a group. 6,7,8,9 and playing in a group ect.
Given a perfect world the players 1,2,3,4 and 5 should be playing for the Championship title.....

As this is as much a political game as a tactical game (not to mention luck) you are encouraged to use negotiation in this tournament. There are no team winners, there can be only ONE....

Be polite.
At 3 players all truces end in the round of the 4th players elimination.
Use comon sense to break truces. It is a 5 player game.
