Can someone from London please explain this blatant disregard for authority?

Web programmer, David Mudkips, 25, from east London, told PA that the event was "Like rush hour but fun. There were people's sweaty armpits in my face but I didn't care because I was drinking."

No but seriously, that man's last name is the most important part of that article...

Technically, you could prosecute them all as terrorists? At least under the Bush administrations strict definitions of terrorism. Because, in essence, you were terrorizing the community by protesting a communal function of society, and that would be considered an act of terrorism, punishable by up to 25 years in prison! The state of Oregon is trying to pass such anti-terrorist legislature and use it on anti-war protesters who block and protest traffic...
