Where did the spellchecker go ?


Specifics: When I typed something in a post I use to get a squiggly line under any typo. Right-mouse click on the word and alternative (correct) spellings would appear.

Do i need to check a box somewhere to put this back on, is it a bug or has it been removed completely ?

no i have been using firefox for months.

Interesting.....still works just fine for me.

this is something firefox does, not CC. Try right-clicking in the typing area and checking the option "spell check this field". It might have been turned off.

i don't have that as an option.

i have checked in tools/options and spell checker is on.

As this isn't a bug about CC, I've moved it here.

i just re-downloaded firefox over the top of the one i have and the spellcheker is working fine again.

Spellcheckers are for wussies. Real men (and women, too, obviously) check their spelling themselves.

Its also for us older folks who's eyesight is no longer what it was .... : )
