no surprise there... so long as they aren't using their position to rip off the constituency they are in place to serve, i, for one, have no problem with some after-hours sexy-time.

at least it was u.s. attorneys prosecuting.. if it were state attorneys, he'd probably got off with a slap on the wrist and an extra pension account for safe measure.
gotta love new jersey: the state where state-employed bus drivers get paid 6 hours of overtime per month for charging state-funded cell phones after work hours, each costing @345$ per month to use (with over 2,000 state-funded cell phones in circulation).

anything is legal for government in jersey because bills are passed in favor of perpetuating their positions of power.
while practically everything is illegal for taxpayers 'cause only 32% of them vote come election time, which also helps to keep those in power... in power.
