It's a MMORPG where you start out as a player, assign attributes, sign contracts, play games, train, etc., but when you get to the more advanced levels or earn more points through referrals you can eventually become an owner as well as assemble your own rosters.

I just started but it looks kinda cool if you've got some free time.
