Really, I think wicked does a great job. In general, she's neither too strict nor too lenient.

Yes. For fun's sake, yes there can be. I used to post on a completely unmoderated board, and the average thread was titled "N-----, N-----, N-----!" (with n----- being a word that I, through first-hand experience, know wicked would not permit.) And it just eventually got to be really not-fun. Plus, the poor owner of the website, a very sweet young Hasidic fellow, was sued at least once a month. Srsly. No joke.

Everyone has their own idea of fun, I guess. And certainly Spamalot and the lot finds a lot of amusement in the "longest thread thread". My idea of fun may sometimes involve making fun of racists and hyperbolically employing their own language usage. But I understand why wicked doesn't want to foster a forum-full of either Spamalot's or my sort of fun.
