I believe in capitalism, no socialism, so I vote republican, not democrat. But I've always said if Hillary wins...she'll ruin it for every other woman that ever wants to be president. She would be the first, and last, female president. I hope Obama wins the democrat nomination...cause if a democrat wins..I want it to be a sane one...not a crazy evil bitch.

haha, yeah. when I started the thread I had just heard the news that hillary has been stating in her complains that she was one of the people who brought peace to ireland. Then the guy who won the Nobel Peace Prize for actually doing that was like "yeah right"

waaaay off.

the republicans have continually been the biggest spenders in the last 30 years. Reagan gave us a deficit that Clinton balanced... then George the FUCKING DOUCHE BAG FUCKHEAD MORON PRICK SON OF A BITCH W. Bush blew the entire surplus and has pointed us towards further debt and national misery with his policies.

i know you're from Scotland... but don't buy into the Limbaugh spin and the FOX news propaganda machine.

they have a selective memory and venom on their tongues.

No instead you should buy into the stupidity of Al Franken and CNN

yeah sort of like you claiming that Clinton balanced the budget. The Republicans controlled congress during those years and forced him to balance the budget.

really? amazing. cause it's been a republican controlled congress for the first 6 years of Bush's presidency and....

no argument there, but that wasn't my point. You tried to say that Clinton balanced the budget and everyone knows that the govt shut down because the Republicans forced him to do it. Yep you're memory is VERY selective.

They deserved to lose in 2006 because they wouldn't control spending. Don't worry you guys will get your chance at being corrupt because both sides do it. The Democrats massive 20 something % approval rating means it's just a matter of time for your side to fall down the same path.

What guy are you referring to?

he's referring to Al Gore.

and that was a misstep of language. he simply misspoke. which i'm sure NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER DONE EVER.

and since we've brought up Al Gore, i honestly do love South Park's picking on him. I'll never forget the Manbearpig episode... and then, they even topped themselves with the Imaginationland trilogy episodes...

when Manbearpig escapes, and Al Gore demands they nuke imaginationland to kill manbearpig once and for all. he's super serial!

and that was all in fun, by the way. i'm a pretty big fan of Mr. Gore. Met him once, albeit only at a book signing for 'An Inconvenient Truth' -- but shaking his hand, and our brief exchange will always stick with me.

i shook his hand and said "I have a very high opinion of you Mr. Gore." maybe the look in my eye was so sincere, or maybe he noticed the resemblance between me and my father (they worked together for a number of years), but he smiled with recognition after he asked me my name and i told him.

i wish he had been our president. such a smart, capable, and compassionate person. an ideal leader.
