i've been listening to this album for about 3 months now, and many of the songs have climbed high in my iTunes play count.

recalling that Raekwon was upset with the RZA's production on the album, i'm wondering what everyone else thought of it.

I like it a lot, but not their best.

Haven't listened to it yet. Matter of fact, I didn't know there was a new one.

Shit, I should keep up with these things.

I have a confession... I don't have the time to give hip-hop and rap a chance to be heard. I barely have time to get involved with the rock bands that I like. But I've been reading the recent threads to cheat, so I appreciate your time in effort in allowing me to be a follower... :D

Good job.

May I recommend the 'Indiefeed Hip-Hop' podcast for a couple of songs a week, most of which are pretty good. if you use podcasts it really is worth it.

Good stuff. It's a great album. 'Rap gets jealous' really is a joyous thing. Best when driving too fast down the M1.

Do I need to know? You're the one who believes age times number of points to the left on "politcaltest.org" is equal to intelligence, I don't really care so long as you make intelligent points. However I'd hasard a guess that you're currently suffering your mid-life crisis judging from what can only be described as a schizophrenic preternatural hate for younger generations but continual attempts to identify with their socio-cultural tendancies. [/psychoanalysis]

i think you guys could use a hug or twenty....look at how this ends up into a fight in 3 posts....(clears throat).

post 1...Guiscard steps up to the plate and fires off a post about music. This seems to be within his creditability since Guiscard has referenced this type of music before.

post 2. Napoleon comes in firing with a classic internet slang post deriding Guiscard for being something akin to a poser. Clearly a historian could never like hip-hop music, especially a Crusades historian...arent you supposed to be into Gregorian chants or something...

post 3. Guiscard comes back with, you dont know me post, which puts napoleon into a bit of a tough spot. Sort of a tough situation because its hard to imagine that he would know how old he was really. Which sets the stage for...

post 4. Napoleon fires off a rant.

honestly folks where could it go from here.

well, whatever happens in this thread, HEY MODS, PLEASE DON'T LOCK THIS DOWN.

at the very least, it helps promote the Wu-Tang, however little it may.

you know, i ride my bike past the McDonalds where ODB got busted the last time on a semi-regular basis.

Yep. Nappy is a little vindictive these days.

But anyway, let's get on with it. As the other thread was about best bands, this one'd be a better place for the Hip, the Hop...

What do people rate as the best Wu Tang solo efforts?
