Bush is a clown who has discredited the GOP, but Ronald Reagan was arguably the 3rd greatest president the United States ever have had.

If the question involved McCain in any way I guess that would be a great answer, but it doesn't.

Put it this way...
Would you vote for a man to become President of the United States who proclaimed allegiance solely to whites and Europe? -I'd guess no.

The US having an allegiance with Europe is generally assumed... How ever, Europe is not in a constant state of war, poverty and disease and does not need the aid of other rich countries. Africa, on the other hand needs medicines, education and troops to bring peace and prosperity to the continent. Of course, judging by your avatar, you're a southern hick who thinks that black people should be plowing fields for no pay rather than running for president and being far better off than you are...

I find it also extremely offensive that Obama refuses to place his hand over his heart or pledge allegiance to our flag, AND has even turned his back on our flag (I'll find pictures and post them here).

My avatar was put in place to promote my map (try reading the thread before lambasting me).
Further, I don't live in the south. I'm just tired of the hypocrites, such as yourself, getting up in peoples faces, rapping about whitey, etc... and all at the same time labelling whites as racists.
Trust me, whites don't corner the racist market.

No, not really... It's a flag used by the south during the civil war and has been adopted by hicks (anti-gay, anti-black, super conservative and generally low brow people who are generally unintelligent).

I think this thread is just a continuation of the probe into presidential hopefuls' loyalties. JFK faced the same criticism - a CATHOLIC president? People thought that meant that the Pope in Rome would be ruling America through a puppet, or some foolish idea like that.

Fact is, nothing will come of this. What exactly do you think Obama's "allegiance to Africa" will entail? Why does this make him a worse president than Kennedy? When will his loyalty to America be challenged by his loyalty to Africa?

How the hell am I supposed to know anything about your map? You have nothing explaining it, I just see the confederate flag waving around as your avatar and you complaining about a BLACK GUY who is pledging his allegiance to BLACK PEOPLE. Besides, when did I say anything about only white people being racist? And when the f*ck did I rap? :?

1/It was a flag adopted by the South at a time when America tragically split over some contentious issues where each side had some justifiable grievances.
2/The fact that some people who happen to be hicks adopt that flag doesn't make that flag wrong. A symbol must be judged, like a work of art, by what it is meant to represent to the displayer/artist, not by what some people may or may not have used it for. The KKK used the stars and stripes from the 1930s on, does that make it a racist flag?

Just verification on Snopes (if anyone doesn't know what it is):

It's the national anthem that's optional, and that's what he was not putting his hand over his heart during in the photograph. Go to baseball statiums across the country and you'll see people chatting or bringing fries to their seats during the national anthem. Whether or not you think that's un-American is strictly your opinion, and doesn't reflect the views of the government or America in general.

Well that's just silly, by your point I can take words which have been given assumed meanings and completely changed them around. For example, I could say that "You're a stupid racist cunt." is not what I meant, by the traditional definitions of the words. I actually meant something more along the lines of (going by traditional definitions) "The flowers in spring smell wonderful." Besides, you have to understand how the world and people work. When they see a swastika, they don't think "Now, I wonder what message he is actually trying to send by displaying a swastika..." but rather, you think "Hey, it's a fucking nazi!". Most people who have gotten past grade eight understand this.

The pictures will be posted here later.

As for Hecter, man, I wish I could say I'm sorry my avatar offends you and that based solely on my avatar you conclude so much about me personally. -I think that's called stereotyping btw.
I knew this topic would rile some people, otherwise what fun would it be?

Regarding the condition, poverty, wars, disease etc., in Africa... why does that take precedence over feeding our own hungry, eliminating homelessness or assuring our children aren't faced with tremendous deficits and a more difficult way of life than we've had?
I don't think we should A)Involve ourselves in other countries civil wars B)Jeopardize the future of America in an effort to change millenniums of tribal wars, attempted genocides and lack of progress on other continents. C)Elect a President who refuses to honor our flag and place all Americans above his allegiance to his race.

The people who talk during the national Anthem aren't running for the Presidency are they?
It's called respect and loyalty. -Obama clearly displays that he's lacking on both counts.
