The Pursuit of Happyness is one of the best memoirs written, and far superior to the film of the same name. Although the film is great, and will benefit you greatly to see it, the book will only benefit you more.

It's officially one of my favorite books of all time.

Anyone out there feeling discouraged, or set back, read that book, or see that movie. If it doesn't inspire you, you're one of those cold timid souls who will never know victory or defeat.

I did watch the movie (haven't read the book) and I agree with your analysis.

It certainly is one to watch.

i liked will smith's moustache. But who wants to be a stockbroker? A glorified salesman? And why do riches have to equate with happiness? I watched the film recently, and at the end we are told just how rich the dude is today. Whoopy do. America - the Land of Opportunism.
