Actually that's a misnomer. Innocent until proven guilty is strickly applied to criminal court. On the other hand, in civil court you'll find that the burden of proof rests on the shoulders of the defense. So its more of a criminal thing instead of an america thing. Nice try though.

either way, he is one of the greatest baseball players ever

the way i look @ it is, a tons of mlb players have been using the juice, and they still don't compare to bonds, of course this is when bonds was in his prime after winning 7 MVP awards a MLB record

Just look at how much body mass he put on after he turned 30. That just isn't possible without steroids.

That's exactly what pisses me off so much. A lot of guys juice because they suck and they need steroids to be decent at baseball, but Barry was one of the best players ever back before he hit 73 home runs. Because of what he did, he will get records, but he will also be remembered as the most hated athlete of all time.

There are so many ways to tell! He looks like a whole different person now, much different then what he looked like on the pirates. Whenever someone blames him or says that hes on roids, he gives out cheap excuses, like blaming it on the trainer, or on another teammate. Plus, can a regualr guy hit that many home runs? I really have no clue how hank aaron could reach that milestone.
