i thought he was injured by kennedy, but ya it was his arm. is he actually hurt though?

yer he is actually hurt...he got injured back then, but went on cause they wanted to finish that storyline..
he then got kayfabe injured by kennedy... (kayfabe=fake) so that he could have surgery
