So I just finished up all my xmas shopping at Target...

Postby static_ice on Tue Dec 25, 2007 1:50 am

...And was pretty thirsty. I wanted to get something to drink with leftover money. I headed to the place that sells extravagantly exotic bottled fruit drinks and shit but it was late on Xmas eve so that department was closed. So I headed over to one of the cash registers looking for something in those little beverage fridges at the end of the shelves. I didn't feel like soda so I looked in another fridge and found some chocolate/milk/mint cream stuff that I never tried or saw before and bought that.

It was pretty good and on the way home I had downed about half of the bottle when I looked at the wrapper/sticker and noticed, in tiny letters, the words "Coffee Creamer" under the huge name of the product. "It tastes more like a drink", I thought, and checked the nutrition facts. Very low, about 45 calories, 6 grams of fat etc. Then I checked the serving size. 1 Tablespoon.

I put the bottle down and noticed how full I felt and how dry my mouth was so we stopped over at Dominicks. I planned on getting some soda this time but I opted instead for some Red Bull, which after buying, I gulped pretty quickly.

Stupidity aside, anyone know if my Christmas will be ruined tomorrow with a sick stomach and/or hospital ride? Chemical reaction? Constipation? Exploding head? :D

ROFL

Maybe that's just funny because it's 11 at night. Anywho, I'm off to la messe de minuit.

You will experience all of those terrible symptoms...it will all be specifically caused from Coffee Creamer Blowback!

Reminds me of the time I needed food fast and for some reason I grabbed this weird licorice shit that I ate and then promptly vomited.

Heheh, is it unusual to have your schedule shifted on Christmas day?

Nothing noticeable has happened yet. Although I felt a little nauseous when I got home and suddenly had some stuff to do in the bathroom, and then for some reason in the middle of the night I got real hot and sweaty; but that could be for a number of reasons.

Anyway Part II of this story is to see if Christmas Breakfast (lots of candy) and Christmas Dinner will participate in this war over my digestive system. :)

Heh, part two for me began with some refried beans for breakfast followed by a long boring day that was hell for everybody else (I was full of rocket fuel if you know what I mean).

My friends are big "doorknob" fanatics so I hope I don't go down that path.

Yeah. I usually say in the car: "Oh guys there's something I forgot to tell you. Safety." They punch me anyways.
