My claim to the 2nd world war was my grandad....fom warringtonn...a nice city, but his toughness makes my muscley-apparition seem non-existent.

there are many things in this life to take pride in and gain pride for. Service in the time of need for ones country, fighting for things you believe in, raising a loving family. Being a good friend, being an apart of the community...

this is true, and those men fought heroically. However, i dont think anyone would say those men fought anymore bravely because of their skin color or that men of a different race would have been any less honorable or brave.

Honor all the men who fought, or at least dont forget about all of the other men who fought just as bravely, especially for a society taht people did not see them as equal in.
