How much do you bench?

I maxed at 160...but that's all my weight set at home has so I might be able to do more. How about you guys?

back when i did such things i could get to about 250....those days are quite long gone, i dont think on the rare occasion that i go i can get 215 all that often.

They way they test is by putting what you think you can do on and get between 3-5 reps......i did 5 on 200 so really my max is higher...but i voted 200.

I'm not a woman and I think benching is gay. (literally, gay people do it to pick up other gay people)

There are women who bench. This whole topic is flawed.

In my weight class we are making out

Last tues. bench, I got 200 even

Yesterday. Clean, I got 220


And next tues. Squat, I hope to get 315 or more. I got 300 even last time I maxed which was 12 weeks ago.

I just looked it up. It's about 200 pounds (90 kg = 198,414 lbs).

Not quite, you are on a seat thing that is attached to some weights (it varies in design) and you push with your legs, it's more designed to strengthen the knees.
