Apology: I Love You Guys!
Posted: Sun Nov 25, 2007 7:56 pmWell, it's been fun and not so fun. Playing Risk-style games is fun, and it's nice to be able to do it with freinds; but, howvever, it seems that little snot-nosed cry babies have taken over these forums.
As a PAYING member of CC, I expect certain things; and showing fairness with each and every individual is one of those attributes that I look for. Unfortunately, CC is lacking in that arena and shows preferrencial treatment to other members as opposed to some others.
It seems that Miss Wicked has taken it upon herself to push forward with an immature agenda of banning xtratabasco for simply a name calling incident. I have seen much worse name calling incidents than this and these players are still posting in forums.
As a PAYING member of CC, I expect to post any thread that I want as long as it is not abusive in any fashion. I do not consider posting about conspiracies abusive. Posting Porn is another issue. But I am assuming that Xtra did that in the past when he was fairly new to CC. Anyone could make that mistake...has he done that again? If not, then he has at least proven his valor on that point. If he has continued to post Porn, then fine...keep him banned. But if you told him no more and he has kept his word, then you should not hold that against him.
If I post a thread, EVERYONE has the choice of either posting or not posting on it! If they don't want to participate on 9-11 conspiracy discussions, then fine. But they shouldn't complain if other people do.
As for keeping things to just one thread, well sometimes the aspects of the threads change, and many members get upset about old threads popping back up.
It just seems to me a bit harsh to ban a guy forever just because he called someone a jock sniffing ball licker. I mean why get so defensive if it ain't true? Most of us would just laugh it off...no big deal. But to post it in Abuse and Cheats...that is quite low...and to the Mods that OKAYED the ban on Xtra...this just shows the quality of each and everyone of your characters.
Unban Xtra! Unban him today! Or face the BOYCOTT 4 XTRA!
