The purpose of a poll is to compare views or popularity of two person, places, or things. You've totally defeated the purpose. Fur is not truely cruel. It is a way of life, but if fur is taken without using the meat then it is cruel.

I think we had more options on an election day when Croatia was one of the Communist countries in Yugoslavia.

I think we had more options in the 00' and 04' elections.

I don't support it myself, but face the fact, the animal is dead, if their coat gets slashed, they will just buy another one, thus causing the death of another animal. I say people will do what they want, no use in trying to stop that

Eh? Whether taking fur is cruel or not, what difference does it make what you do with the meat?

one thing about the animal agriculture industry here in the U.S. is that they really waste nothing. people make a big deal about fur, which is a particullarly ugly animal industry, but they're all ugly. if you're not vegan of freegan i tend to think it's pretty much all the same. leather jacket, fur coat, hamburger...

nothing is wrong with trapping...it is no more cruel then chicken farming is...so deal with it!!!

well, what i was saying was just that. i'd saying chicken farming in most cases is much more horrible. especially the processing and the working conditions.

as far as there being nothing wrong with it, that's a matter of personal opinion and belief.

This poll is biased! Anywho, my opinion on fur is, FUR IS AWESOME! I just love wearing dead animal skins. And fur blankets are wonderful too. Really, what is the big deal about wearing fur? So long as you don't hunt the animals to extinction, it's fine. And if any other animal evolves to sentient levels comparable to ours, they can wear people skins.

Also, mybike_yourface, is that a painting of Furcifer in your avvy?

I like my leather jacket and deer hide gloves. My grandma has an old mink stole thing, which is pretty interesting.
