Knew a few people who gave these reason why they voted for Bill Clinton:

1. "Because I saw him on TV and he was eating McDonald's food...he's like a regular American guy"

2. "Because George Stephanopoulos is cute"

Please, if you base who you're going to vote for on things like this...please stay home election day.

Am I the only one here that will find it worrying if Labour controls all the states and federal? No one party should have that much power.

And then there's Kyoto <<

They'll send you a bill for $70 if you do.

It's not like it really matters, anyway. Australia isn't exactly a major world power. That and there's a mild Jack Johnson, John Jackson thing going on between the two major parties...

Hating Howard is an excellent reason for voting for an alternative.

Amongst a plethora of Machiavellian actions, the man doctored photographs to justify immigration policy and nothing happened. He is a racist little tin pot fascist and an embarrassment to the nation. (sorry to interrupt)

Pretty much. If I was voting age, I would probably vote Labor, but I'm not too sure. I wouldn't vote Liberal or Greens, but yeah.
