I cant help but feel, despite great love of the simpsons, a defining feature of my youth, that Family Guy's raw, unabashed humour, and dark satirical undertone is so compellingly hilarious that I ought to proclaim them marginally better than the Simpsons.

Well the Simpsons are more kiddie humor and Famly Guy is adult humor, so there is people who like Family Guy better because there adults, and "kids"(i'm not a kid though , i'm a young man
) who like Simpsons.
There basicly the same but Simpsons are more for young people.

Well, yes, we can say that the Simpsons is "kid-friendly", and whilst I dont find that idea incompatible with a genuinely hilarious program, which the simpsons are, I still find they let themselves fall into mediocre gags one may have found funny aged 4, but simply serve to undermine the rest of the program, which usuallu undeniably of quality.
Family Guy's scatology, though often part of its charm, is also often used incorrectly, to the same effect I observe in some in the Simpsons

but that may be (for me and maybe you too) because before we were younger and found the jokes funnier but now hey made family guy which is more adult humor and we are older so we find it funnier, but family guy just copied the simpsons and made it for older people, but simpsons is still funny but they lost their touch. I'll have to say unriggable is right...

Alright. Lets face it, southpark owns all, but simpsons is up there. I think family guys humor is kinda say, overdone. I'm not kidding, that southpark episode about the manitees and family guy is kind of true. The just take about 5 random things and combine them to a clip that they show through the whole show.

Futurama is cool, but they didnt make many episodes, i think. Futurama is funny but episodes get old pretty easily. South Park is great but Simpsons will always be my favourites.
