nirvana or sublime?

on a sort of related topic, i met this person right and he said he was into to all grunge wocky music, namely nirvana etc. and i asked him who Kurt Cobain is and he didnt know

personally i saw nirvana cause i like them more...plus id go gay for dave grohl

I used to think the same, though the new foo fighters stuff is awful generic crap.

Nirvana was way more influential in terms of sheer numbers of musicians and bands who based their sound on Nirvana, although I personally like Sublime a lot more

i personly like sublime more and although it didnt inspire me to do so. i believe they turned my generetion into stoners so they definatly influenced people
