You can blame the arsonists for that.
They were obviously playing too much Spyro the Dragon.
Because video games are evil, EVIL!

As long as House doesn't go on hold.
Or Metalocalypse for that matter.

Another rare instance in which we agree......
T.V. by large is pathetic brain fodder with the exception of the discovery, science, & history channels....

Exactly how I feel. All I watch now are History Channel shows, Mythbusters on Discovery, an occasional PBS special, and Jeopardy! (my personal favorite).

Well, some of the older people may agree that books are better, but face it... It will start with television shows, then movies, and on and on...
These people make their money by entertaining us, and what is happening is that the economy- which is driven by what you want to call pathetic drivel- is going to affect all aspects of television.
Prices will go up everywhere because advertising will not be as effective.
There are many long term problems that could arise due to a writers strike.

TV is pretty much crap.
Also, the American version of The Office is a way inferior version to the original British production.
Besides that, the other shows mentioned in the subject line are crap too

I'm sad about the Office. I never end up keeping up with 24 anyways so that's not much of a blow and I can't stand Grey's so the Office is the only major problem there.
