so who's doing it? 50,000 words, 1 month. :D It's a lot. ^_^

Info here: http://www.nanowrimo.org

So who from CC is doing it. I am. ^_^ Also because of this I will probably not be on as often, which may result as a bit more inactivity, but don't worry, I'm not leaving, just watch out. So who's doing it?

Been working on my outline for months. I came up short last year, but this year I think I might pull it off.

I find a starting point and wing it. . . it's much more interesting when you don't know what's going to happen next and you're writing it.

Ah, National Novel Writing month... What a wonderfully splendid, terifical month it is. Unfortunately I won't send one in this month because I have to write a Childrens story book.

Same here, I never write down plans it ruins it. And I can only thing of most of my stuff while I'm active. You're the first people that agrees with me on this. If I have a set outline I get bored easily, so what I get is a loose outline, that just says the characters and a bit of story. ^_^

Ya, I find it's much more interesting if -the same as it is when you're reading- you experience suspense as to what's going to happen next. 8)

I decided to do it when I saw this thread, it sounds pretty cool. I thought about writing an outline but it would just make my expectations too high. I'll just write and hope for the best.

ya, but for me, I need to get a loose idea first otherwise I can't write it either. ^_^ I say loose outline is the best, that way you still get the suspense, as usually it don't follow it that well, and you can at least have some direction.
