pepto and probably drinking a lot of fluids....
also you could probably google this and save some embarressment, or webmd...
if it persists for a long period of time you may want to think about seeing someone, but id recommend trying to up your fluid intake and search for some foods which may help your system.

Immodium is only a temporary solution, perhaps the problem is diet related? Also, I would advice your friend to go to the local hospital and get it checked out with a colonoscopy or endoscopy or whatever its called if the problem persists.

just make sure that no matter what you do, you continue to drink lots of fluids...because otherwise, you'll get dehydrated, which is not good.
