If you only get one shot at life - and that is the general belief of humanity - then you need to do something productive about it! Are you going to eat, sleep, mate and die? Or are you going to change the world?
Put it this way:
Would you rather be remembered as an evil dictator? (Adolf Hitler)
Or woud you rather be not be remembered as an average bank clark? (John Doe)
What do you lot plan on doing in the future? Economy? Sport? Shadowy Government Conspiricies? (Politics)
Let the world know! What are your dreams?
Live, Die and do something in-between.

I would prefer to be hatefully remembered.
I always thought, that if I was put into a bad situation, like I lost my house and family, I get raped by an 8 foot black man, then I fall down the stairs and lose my teeth and then I get a parking ticket....then I would do something crazy, like blow up a hospital.
That'll teach 'em.
But if life goes smoothly, I would like to think I end my days fat, divorced, in a decent house, wanking off at the girl next door.

And that, I think, is a perfect reason to prefer obscurity over infamy. Anyon wanting to be the next hitler to be remembered is simply creating pain and misery to bring to the world for an ego trip that won't matter to them when they die.
Why bother?
Kick back in front of a fire, smoke a joint,relax, and enjoy life. Being remembered will do nothing for ya.

i guess im just drawing on the fact that through all of human experience we dont really have conclusive proof theres anything after this life, thats all.
