The mission statement from the Flat Earth Society:

Aim: To carefully observe, think freely rediscover forgotten fact and oppose theoretical dogmatic assumptions. To help establish the United States...of the world on this flat earth. Replace the science religion...with SANITY

The International Flat Earth Society is the oldest continuous Society existing on the world today. It began with the Creation of the Creation. First the water...the face of the deep...without form or limits...just Water. Then the Land sitting in and on the Water, the Water then as now being flat and level, as is the very Nature of Water. There are, of course, mountains and valleys on the Land but since most of the World is Water, we say, "The World is Flat". Historical accounts and spoken history tell us the Land part may have been square, all in one mass at one time, then as now, the magnetic north being the Center. Vast cataclysmic events and shaking no doubt broke the land apart, divided the Land to be our present continents or islands as they exist today. One thing we know for sure about this world...the known inhabited world is Flat, Level, a Plain World.

We maintain that what is called 'Science' today and 'scientists' consist of the same old gang of witch doctors, sorcerers, tellers of tales, the 'Priest-Entertainers' for the common people. 'Science' consists of a weird, way-out occult concoction of gibberish theory-theology...unrelated to the real world of facts, technology and inventions, tall buildings and fast cars, airplanes and other Real and Good things in life; technology is not in any way related to the web of idiotic scientific theory. ALL inventors have been anti-science. The Wright brothers said: "Science theory held us up for years. When we threw out all science, started from experiment and experience, then we invented the airplane." By the way, airplanes all fly level on this Plane earth.

Look out of your window! It's flat! So you can take your 'facts' and your 'science' and your 'overwhelming consensus' and shove 'em! I know what my won eyes, and the bible, tell me...

First they torched people who said the world was round, then they call everyone who believes that Earth is flat an idiot. Personaly, I think that Earth is flat (duh). Also, it is placed is some sort of a hollow or at least there is a dome over it; because Sun and Moon must be hung on SOMETHING, right?).

The whole "Earth is round" story is just what the media tell us. Here are a few obvious proofs against it:

1. Do you really believe that there is a place called 'Australia' (obviously misspeled 'Austria' :roll:

) that hangs far beneath my feet and with it's people hanging upside-down!? :roll:

2. If Earth was a round ball and we are on top of it, then we should be surrounded by slopes. Seting aside the question of "How come that I was chosen to live on the top?" (or is it just a coincidence :roll:

), there is another problem with the theory of me living on the top of the ball. If it were true that I am on the top of the ball now, every time I travel (in ANY direction) I am traveling further and further down one of the slopes, which I would notice by my sense of balance (if not by the fact that the world is suddenly leaning to one side :roll:

). Also, were this true all the world waters would be concentrated on the 'down' side and we would all die of thirst. :lol:

He is the dude who got hit with an apple. Now tell me what do you think what happened with the apple? I suppose you would say that it detached from the dome and hit Newton in the head. I would like to hear what do you think about sattelites? If the earth is flat they most likely move forward and backward on the straight line? :lol:

1. I don't dispute the Law of Gravity. In fact, Newton's apple (which was attached on a tree branch, btw. Apples grow on trees, you know. :roll:

0. Let us presume that the Earth is round.
1. There can be only one 'top' of the Earth. (the highest place)
2. On places other then the top of the world, objects don't fall straight towards ground, but at the certain angle.
3. Newton's apple fell straight towards the ground.
4. Newton's apple's fall happened at the 'top' of the Earth. (from 2 and 3)
5. My mobile phone falls straight toward the ground.
6. I must be at the 'top' of the Earth. (from 2 and 5)
7. There must be, at least, two 'tops' of the Earth. (from 4 and 6)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8. The assumption of Earth being round leads to a contradiction (between 1 and 7).

Thus, the Earth can't be round.

As for satelites, there is nothing in my expirience that proves their existence. Why do you think that the satelites exist (appart from the fact that some people CLAIM so, which is hardly a conclusive piece of evidence :lol:

)?

Suppose that you have a ball and you hold it in your hand. The 'top' of the ball is place on which you can place things (if they are small enough) without them slipping of the ball (which is round).

Actually, gavity is what makes you fall if you ar not standing on top of something. Don't take my word for it. Climb up a tree and try standing on the bottom side of any given branch. :lol:

(Kids, I'm just kidding, DO NOT try to stand on the bottom sides of branches because you will fall (like you would if you stood on the bottom side of the Earth).

And the reason you fall? A few trillion bits of rock, metal and assortments decided to pull you that way. This is gravity. Try standing on the top side of a branch in Australia, the same thing happens.
