Interesting.

I would say the store clerk or manager could have handled it better by politely stating, "Sir there's no way the store will ever have enough to make change for that, you'll have to take it to a bank."

The guy started smashing things and wouldn't tell the police who he was and had no I.D..

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the mental conditions are more complex than stupidity.

It's the school system it's making us all idiots. I've lterally learned more about Canada from listening to Acadian Driftwood than I have from my 12 years of taking Social studies classes.

Why would anyone want to learn anything about Canada, though? It's not exactly useful information, now, is it?
