As much as I like AC/DC, none of their songs really show an amazing amount of skill with the guitar (Thunderstruck being the exception). Watching videos of their live shows, my impression was just that Angus was around just to look crazy and jump around. The rhythm guitar is where most of AC/DC's sound comes from, not lead.

David Gilmour, Daron Malakian... no those aren't the only bands that I like but most of those that I do don't have name-worthy guitarists...

Try concentrating on Angus's solos, and watch him perform (especially his hands), you will see why I mentioned him. :wink:
