The "crusader state of Sweden", that made me laugh. I think they haven't been at war for well over 100 years now.

Two questions...
One... where does this cartoonist live?
Two... where does Lack keep the guns around here?

No one would be able to bring themselves to shoot a Sweed. It would cost a hell of a lot more. Besides... if you can read Swedish then the cartoons are pretty funny.

Ithink they celebrated 300 years of Peace several years ago, but I don't know how they reckon the years. Since the conflict with Peter the Great's Russia, perhaps?

Checked a few encyclopaedias and the last war I could find that Sweden was involved in was against Napoleon in 1813-14. They lost Finland to Russia in 1808.

I think they're counting the 300 years as military action on 'home ground', as it were.
