It's like if a player got scored 10 goals in one game of soccer only bigger.

I'm glad that guy got the no hitter.

ok, not 10 goals. maybe 5-6. and not really that big. cycles happen about the same amount as no hitters. how come no celebration for the hitter?

there is celebration for the hitter, Cycles are actually more rare.

Also, no one has hit a cycle on their second game ever.

yeah but in a no hitter they crowd the pitcher like they just won the world series. remember justin verlander? they had champagne shooting in the locker room! but for a cycle, they just give him a curtain call, and a couple extra ass slaps from the manager.

Because if you threw a no-hitter that means your team had to have won. It's not necessarily the case for a cycle. And I said 10 goals because it's bigger since it was only his second pro game.

watching golf is horrible until you actually play a game yourself. Then you watch the pros play and you realize how amazing they are, which makes it slightly more interesting.

Golf is like the coolest game if you just want to chill. You get to hit a ball really really hard with a long metal stick, and then watch as it soars through the air. then you get to peacefully walk through a park with nice grass and trees and little ponds until you reach your ball, and then you get to hit again. Its perfect if you have a few beers along with you, and just want to relax outside.

That might be a good sport for some people, but not for me. I need action, I need a team, I need Football (Soccer) ! :D

Back on topic, I was just at the baseball game today at Fenway, and everything around the park was all about the no hitter. He was getting his name chanted and he wasnt even on the field.

In other news, I went to a Red Bulls game, and Juan Pablo Angel had his name chanted for the 29 minutes after he scored the game winning goal.

To your news, American soccer sucks ass :P Im not a fan of soccer at all, but it seems like US teams get their ass beat whenever they play INT. So if your gonna brag about soccer, make it at least those with talent.

[MLS is not as bad as you think rant]
Well, did you see the all stars beat Chelsea (see my sig) AND Celtic? Also, LA Galaxy drew with Chelsea, and went to the final in the SuperLiga and only lost in penalties to Pachuca.

And btw, david beckham has been hogging the spotlight to non-MLS fans as if he was the only good player in the league. I mean he is only good at freekicks. Also how about Cuatemoc Blanco on the Fire? He's better than Beckham in freekicks IMO. Juan Pablo Angel was in the EPL last season! Within 5-10 years, MLS will be a major sport, and not even the 5th major sport. It will be up there with baseball and football the way its going. There's so much popularity after only 12 seasons. Imagine how it will be later.
[/MLS is not as bad as you think rant]

I don't only follow MLS, btw. Everone who follows football follows the EPL, and being greek, i follow that league too.

I still don't understand that...is it like atheist? You believe that there is no god, but you have a religion for that belief?
