fool moudammas----it is an arab dish (although i prefer the egyptian recipe) you can get it at the local middleastern market but it is not the same as having an Egyptian make it. It is fava beans with spices served in olive oil and pita bread it is fuc*ing to die for. Its looks are deceiving see below but trust me it is awesome.

I don't know if I have a favorite food, but here's a super-delicious prepackaged food that everyone, everyone should eat because it'll blow your mind about just how delicious food really can be:

Pizza, but not the crap one buys at the store (cheap substitute for the good stuff). Best washed down with a pint of Black Butte Porter.
Meatloaf (yes, bloody meatloaf (not the artist)), but only home-made
Chinese, Thai, Sushi (always w/ wasabe and ginger), Italian.
German cuisine isn't that bad either.
In fact, baring junk food (year-taking congealed grease-wads that it is) and canned greenbeans or asperagus (YUCK![gagging, barfing]), I haven't found a dish I haven't liked.

My home-alone dinner tonight: Green beans heavily covered with butter and salt, rosemary potatoes, peach ice cream, coke and triple sec to drink.
Yesterday: Fish sticks and blueberries, followed by two Long Island Ice Teas, and a package of Peeps.
Boy, do I know how to eat!

Any woman that can pound back two Long Island Iced Teas has no problem drinking. That's a "got to the party late and have to catch up" drink right there.
Oh and Lobster Thermodore. I've only had it once (didn't know what it was) and it was just about the most deligious meal I'd ever had. We were seven college guys with money to burn at the end of Spring Break (How rare is that?). We all ordered the most expensive thing on the menu. Once the meal was delivered we all ate in silence. Then proposed marriage to the chef.
