Does this guy have a case?

This is an interesting story. Instead of being faithful to his wife, this guy decided to have an affair and then send flowers to his "other girlfriend". Now he's suing 1-800 FLOWERS for busting him. If you were the judge in this case, what would you tell this guy when he gets his day in court?

(Have fun with this one, Neutrino. It's almost as good as the Roy Pearson case!)

Hmmm, It was in his contract not to send anything to his address. Hmmm, I guess the moral of the story is if you're gonna cheat pick your own flowers. :P

I don't really know. Both sides have a decent defense.

It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.

I don't get it, what do you mean by "busting him"? What did they actually do? Just send the bill to his house, or did somebody who knew what was going on actually call his wife, or what?

How in the world did Neutrino miss this? I thought for sure he'd be all over this one and I set it up for him to knock out of the park.

You live by the sword, you die by the sword - so maybe now he'll learn to keep his "sword" in his pants in future!

Still nobody has answered my question.
