a nasty habit that kills but some of us just can't live without it.
i was wondering how many of you guys are smoking and to what extent?

i consider myself to be a moderate smoker since i smoke 3-5 cigarettes a day.

and here's something so you can't say i'm propagating this activity:

Smoked 20-30 a day for rather a long time. None since the beginning of March. Lots and lots of nicotine gum, though.

Quit in September. Still finding it fairl difficult when I smell others smoking.

I wouldn't call that moderate. I'd say that was a bit girly, if it wasn't for the fact I'm trying to discourage people from smoking.

In the UK, its legal to buy cigarettes from 16+

However, its a disgusting habit and I've only smoked the odd cigarette and not in over a year I don't think. Who voted over four packs a day because that is insane and not to mention incredibly expensive.

I don't do tobacco. I'm hoping it stays that way too...

depends on the perspective.i say i'm moderate since i smoke almost every day for last 3 or 4 years, and would consider light smoker one who only does it occasionaly.
ps when i'm taking my exams can raise to 15-20 a day

As odd as it may seem, I never smoked and never intend to because my mother does, when usually people inherit their smoking habits from their parents, it worked the opposite for me, I guess.

I've never smoked, it's a terrible habit. It also stinks and I hate smelling cigarette smoke in public places. On the other hand I think that smoking should be allowed in clubs and pubs. That's only because I never visit them places, and the people who go there can suffer for all I care. Hey, I never said I was a nice person.

I truly wish I never started. It's the 2nd most retarded decision I ever made in my life.

Never smoked tobacco. Took a sheet of paper, rolled cedar dust in it, and puffed that once, that's been it. (I then watched my buddy inhale cedar embers... funny stuff. Oh the things we do when we're supposed to be working...)

Never have, never will. For one, 2 family members died of lung cancer (long time smokers), one at death's door for it, and a mother who does it too much. (Also know a couple underage ones who go for about 10 a day.) So, I will not EVER do it.

but i smoke weed fairly regularly -- infact 50 to 60% of the time i take my moves im high -- its the best time to do it

Used to smoke hash and cigarettes every day (and i do mean every day), along with other nasty habits that needn't grace electronic media. I stopped smoking dope 6 years ago, and cigarettes 3 years ago....still coughing up shit to this day.....i have taken part in Fighting competitions though, and that's the main reason i quit (was kinda on the cards anyway, though)

i smoked for 23yrs i prayed to god to help me quit i've been smoke free for over 6yrs
