Well, england are undergoing one of the most misreable summers for a long time, and i really am confined indoors. Typically, the "summer" holidays have just started and now i'm sooooo bored. So i have very little to do, and no inspiration whatsoever. So i have been looking into buying a new game to hopefully keep me occupied until the sun comes out . I've narrowed it down to three games, but I am open to alternative suggestions. I just can't decide!!!!!
I'm looking for a game with a good storyline and a good multiplayer mode, with strong online features aswell. It can be an Xbox, PS2 or PC game if you choose to suggest an alternative.

I hate console games, so all of these are for PC
Overlord (Hilarious game where you are the evil Overlord trying to kill all the goodness!)
Jade Empire (Awesome game that finally came out for PC and OWNS!)
or you could wait about a month and buy Call of Duty 4, the new Civ4 Expansion Pack, which is gonna be badass, or Gears of War for PC, which is gonna have an extra level that the Xbox didn't have!

If your inclined to a 1st person shooter with a funny, yet serious storyline, and dont mind weird characters, i would suggest Ratchet: Deadlocked. Has online capabilities, 2player storyline and PvP, and has online capabilities. Also, supports an arsenal of weapons from the dual pistols, to the infamous animal transformer.
Its for PS2 for $20, or whatever your greatest hits games are.

Have a normal Xbox? Then I suggest Halo 2. Or Halo (Xbox or PC). Good PC games are Rome Total War (and it's expansion packs), Medieval Total War, StarCraft (and Brood War), Spartan Total Warrior (Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox) not the best game, but it's pretty good, and Stubbs the Zombie for Xbox (very addicting and funny).

I advise you not to Matt.
A PS3 is much more fufilling, especially in the long run.
Anyway, as for your choices, I'd go with B+W2, as I like the idea of you being "God".
Although if you want a
real time-killer, go for Final Fantasy XII.
That game has promises of 100+ hours of play.
Any console game question, ask me, I have a great knowledge in this area.

Why buy games when there are thousands of excellent online games for free, legal and illegal!
A bunch of free FPS's. I would recommend Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and Americas Army (I don't think they recruited a lot of people with it, but it is a great game.).
And for every other genre go
here. I tried Rapplez once, and it was sort of ok.
And then there are roms, but I probably shouldn't discuss that here. Or anywhere.
I wish I had money...

I know how you feel, I have also been getting crappy weather (as has the rest of the UK)
I would also recommend Civ 4 expansion pack (as long as you have Civ 4 itself) should be great.
But I'm going on holiday to Sweden on Sunday so, so long suckers!

Hmm, out of those there, the Generals pack is probably the best.
For other games, though, I would recoment either Morrowind or Oblivion (depending on how good your computer is and how much money you have to burn). Both will give you literaly months of entertainment, although Oblivion is, in total, a better game (I like Morrowind more, even so, strangely).
Though, due to their lack of multiplayer, you may not like them.
Actually, if you want something with a great storyline and multiplayer (never tried it though) get one or both of the Homeworlds.
Best. Space. Strategy. Games. Ever.
