This isn't thought to be related to the ongoing criticism of Spain's La Liga for enabling persistent and vile racist abuse of black players during games, but the message is certainly clear - the showered and tolerant streets of the UK are the world's choice for European investment now that the UK is free from the shackles of Brussels.
