Am I the only one who finds this video horrifying?

That video... Kinda scary... Is that place how the world would look like after a nuclear explosion or the apocalypse?

I found Kyle's hickey topic more horrifying.

That's what it looks like to me... It scares me that this may be the potential future. It also reminds me of WWII Germany, with the ashes from the crematorium where they burned the dead Jews, which horrifies me just as much as a nuclear holocaust.

Yeah, that's what I got... The thing is, that it seemed so real, as if it IS the future... *shudders*

i quite liked the video, very deep and moving. i think it is trying to shock people in to saying stop nuclear weapons, but also saying in my view, no matter what happens the kids will still play and one always gets hurt no matter what. i kind of liked the idea of an ashman instead of a snowman.

Its not that realistic and thus not that scary, kind of sad instead.

It's the thought behind it that scares me.

Whooa! Unfortunately, it's not available on Blockbuster Online.

That is unfortunate, if that kind of thing sounds like it'd tickle your fancy. There is an American version you may have heard of, The Day After, but some say it's inferior to Threads. But that might just be the British sense of cultural superiority.

I couldn't possibly comment myself, as I've only seen Threads. (I wouldn't want to watch an American version. Bound to be inferior.)
