Trump…who basically made the US a Third World Nation by attempting a coup… now claims Democrats are making us a Third World Country.

The sad thing is… people will believe this shit.

Leader McCarthy has vowed to go after Garland for this violent politicization of the FBI and turning the U.S. into a banana republic.

Trump supporters have formed a human chain around Mar A Lago and stand prepared to protect the property until Governor De Santis can mobilize the Florida National Guard to defend the presidential residence.

Trump is more popular than Biden. The regime must be brought to its knees!

Isn't the US literally founded on insurrection, and has a clause in its constitution specifically designed to enable Americans to take arms against their government?

It's fucking hilarious he says 'preserve you documents' when that is the justification give for the raid, Trump destroyed/stole/hid documents.

It's also hilarious that none of these cult members tweeting waited to see what results the search yielded, or what the evidence that justified the search was. It a whole lota reflexively shouting “witch hunt”. I know Trumpybear has conditioned his supporters like Pavlov, and any legal scrutiny of him is automatically categorized as a deep-state operation, but why are republicans so upset? Trump isn't running for anything, he isn't on the ballet in Nov either.

LOL - Merrick Garland already follows the law and preserves his documents.

Unlike a twice-impeached traitor.

And about this FBI Director who is so politicized that he is going after Trump, what liberal hack appointed that guy, anyway?

Oh yeah...

The Rats spent four years sobbing and rending at their clothes about how everyone needed to worry about the erosion of our precious "norms and institutions." Now we start worrying and the Rats are like "lol why u mad?"

This lack of consistency exposes the search as just a political stunt. Polling is showing Trump beating Biden in 2024 and the Regime is deploying its Secret Police force and terror troops to eliminate potential challengers.

Interesting this search happened two weeks after media reported the investigation into whether Hunter Biden was laundering money for Dictator Biden from the Chinese Army is reaching a critical point.

The federal investigation into Hunter Biden's business activities is nearing a critical juncture as investigators weigh possible charges and prosecutors confront Justice Department guidelines to generally avoid bringing politically sensitive cases close to an election, according to people briefed on the matter.

While no final decision has been made on whether to bring charges against President Joe Biden's son, sources say the probe has intensified in recent months along with discussions among Delaware-based prosecutors, investigators running the probe and officials at Justice Department headquarters.

David Weiss, the US Attorney in Delaware, is leading the probe, which dates back to as early as 2018.

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/07/20/poli ... index.html

This is all a fireworks show to give the Left a Whatabout? cloak to hide behind when admitted cocaine addict Hunter gets offered a plea deal to turn state's evidence against Old Joe. If it doesn't work, Old Joe will declare war against some unsuspecting country; just like when Clinton ordered Serbia bombed three days after the Special Counsel announced his initial findings. But Joe's war will have to be a big one; like reinstating the draft / nuclear civil defense drills big.

Um, no. It was designed to avoid the need for a standing army.
But it does have a clause specifically prohibiting that.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

If good government actually came from a violent, armed population, then Afghanistan and Somalia would be the two best-governed places on earth.

BREAKING

It's just been revealed that the Regime did not get a district court judge to sign the search warrant as is customary for high profile cases but relied on a low level Magistrate.

NORMS AND INSTITUTIONS!

The Magistrate in question, Bruce Reinhart, was in private practice until 2018, representing pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's pilot who allegedly flew children to be carnally penetrated by Democratic Party donors and grandees.

Hundreds of district court judges and Dictator Biden has to go to a Magistrate Judge who is an Epstein defender. Either this is dirty or it's on the up and up and Biden is just dumb as a bag of rocks. Those are the two options.

Harvard University Emeritus Professor of Law -- and one of the most acclaimed criminal attorneys in American history -- Alan Dershowitz has denounced the Regime's raid as Banana Republic tactics by a fading, geriatric dictator:

Justice Department should have subpoenaed documents, not raided Trump’s home

There were no raids, for example, on the homes of Hillary Clinton or former Clinton administration national security adviser Sandy Berger for comparable allegations of mishandling official records in the recent past. Previous violations of the Presidential Records Act typically have been punished by administrative fines, not criminal prosecution.

The more appropriate action would have been for a grand jury to issue a subpoena for any boxes of material that were seized and for Trump’s private safe that was opened.

Searches and seizures should only be used when subpoenas are inappropriate because of the risk of evidence destruction. It is important to note that Trump himself was 1,000 miles away when the FBI’s search and seizure occurred. It would have been impossible, therefore, for him to destroy subpoenaed evidence, especially if the subpoena demanded immediate production.

Defenders of the raid argue that the search warrant was issued by a judge. Yet every criminal defense lawyer knows that search warrants are issued routinely and less critically than candy is distributed on Halloween; judges rarely exercise real discretion or real supervision.

It is true that a president or former president is not above the law — but neither should he or she be below the law. Precedents established in relation to Democrats must be equally applied to Republicans. On the face of it, this standard has not been met here.

This is an attempt by a deeply unpopular dictator - Biden - to cling to power by sending armed men to raid the homes of his critics. This is a coup.

You mean the Alan Dershowitz who two days ago said that Joe Biden has done “a good job” and gotten a “lot of things accomplished” including now the Inflation Reduction Bill which just seconds ago passed the Senate.
And who says "He's done great things in Ukraine," Dershowitz told Bartiromo in a Sunday interview. "I think he has done good things on domestic policy, gotten some very good things passed."
And "[Biden] is the candidate who restores normality and if Trump is going to run, ... Trump will lose."

That Alan Dershowitz?

The US has higher gun ownership and more murders than either of those countries, but carry on with your 'brown people bad' vilification if it makes you happy. Make you and jp4 could start a club.

Biden didn't so this, the Trump appointed FBI director did. Merrick Garland might be doing this for personal vendetta reasons too, but that is right out of Trump playbook so you should be cheering him on!

Yes, that one. Opposition to the raid is solidifying on all fronts. Even Biden's defenders like Dershowitz are saying the dictator has gone too far. People are putting democracy ahead of politics and denouncing this Banana Republic-type thuggery.

Biden is a threat to democracy. Electoral defeat is no longer sufficient. He must be dragged from the White House in leg irons. Only then will his brainwashed supporters see this charlatan for what he is.

The Rats never learn:

    - They abolished the filibuster for district and appellate judges.
    - The GOP responded by abolishing the filibuster for Supreme Court judges and then jammed SCOTUS with Federalists.

    - They declared the 2016 election was illegitimate on a handful of Pacifica Radio programs and DailyKos.
    - The GOP responded by declaring the 2020 election was illegitimate at a volume of 13, and swayed half the country to that belief.

    - They picketed outside the Trump-run White House and caused him to be minorly inconvenienced.
    - The GOP responded by invading the Pelosi-run Capitol, forcing her to flee out the back door crying and panting.

    - They raided Trump's residence when he was 1,000 miles away.
    - Hopefully the MAGA-in-waiting is already planning to organize a law enforcement raid of Martha's Vineyard in the middle of the night and drag Barack and Michele onto the street for a public strip search broadcast live on national TV.

We can only win if we do everything the Rats do but twice as big.

Meanwhile, WESH-TV reports on people from "all over the state" are converging on Mar a Lago to protest Biden's attack on democracy and the rule of law.

More information has emerged on the Magistrate Judge and former associate of Jeffrey Epstein who signed the "search warrant" that allowed Biden to attack democracy.

The Magistrate Judge was formerly a federal prosecutor who began representing Epstein's pilot and sex slaves within days of leaving the DOJ. He was then sued after he allegedly wrongfully took information with him from the files of the DOJ to use to benefit pedophile transit operation.

Reinhart was hauled over the coals in a 2011 Crime Victims' Rights Act lawsuit which accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides.

It implied the attorney had leveraged inside information about the probe into Epstein's affairs to gain favor with him.

He flatly denied this and said he was nothing to do with the team that was looking into the pedophile's horrific crimes.

But two years later his former supervisors in the US Attorney's Office said 'while Bruce E Reinhart was an assistant U.S. attorney, he learned confidential, non-public information about the Epstein matter'.

He helped the billionaire pedophile's pilots Larry Visoski, David Rodgers, Larry Morrison and Bill Hammond.

He also worked with scheduler Sarah Kellen and Nadia Marcinkova, who was known as his 'Yugoslavian sex slave'.

The Mail has a photo gallery showing more patriots flocking to establish barricades at Mar a Lago to defend it from Dictator Biden's attack on democracy and the rule of law until Governor De Santis can send in the National Guard to secure the site from the regime's Secret Police and pedophile-entangled "judges."

I hope you don't think that using total numbers to compare countries with vastly different population sizes somehow proves anything. And I said nothing about race, so how about you just keep your prejudices to yourself.

In any case, you don't seem to be disputing anything I said.
